About Me

Hi, I'm so glad you're here!

 

I am a fourth-year Communication and Media Studies student at Carleton University with a minor in Professional Writing. My passion lies in digital and audio media and their powerful storytelling abilities. From a young age, I knew that I wanted to build a career in this field. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity in this program to work on inspiring projects and collaborate with creative individuals.

In my professional life, I have made an effort to expand my experiences over the past four years at Carleton University. I have been a writer, copyeditor, marketing intern, and video and podcast editor. These opportunities have allowed me to expand my skill sets and grow in the field.

Outside of school and my professional life, I enjoy shooting miniature commercials with my phone to practice my video editing skills. I got the inspiration to do this after seeing a TikTok creator do the same thing. I also enjoy travelling with my boyfriend. We are soon headed to Asia for the first time!
